A new low-cost rail service between Amsterdam and Paris will launch December 14, 2026, offering tickets starting at 19 euros and completing the roughly seven-hour journey with nine stops including Haarlem, The Hague, and Gent. GoVolt, a budget train operator based in Breda, will run the service once daily in each direction as a price-competitive alternative to existing rail connections.
